| On 19th July 1997, we plan to create sufficient
energy within the Tricorn building to levitate the bulk of the structure to the outer
layers of the atmosphere. There we may use our increased collective power for individual
propulsion: from the newly installed CONCRETE ORBIT TEMPLE which it will become, we may
reach the stars and beyond. Coincidentally, the Tricorn will also on that day house a Free Art Festival - a good opportunity to make converts to TOGISM. |

| The messiah was born in 1722 as a slave-child in south Hampshire. Due to the British slave system she was unable to communicate her teachings to the world, but she was able to record her life story and the theory and practice of her spiritual, economic, and anti-aesthetic system "TOGI" in an abstract symbolic code on the back of a shopping list, which she buried in the limestone foundation-rock of the site now called the "Tricorn".
